I say - check their jpay accounts and see who they were
corresponding with while in prison. Create the network.

Basically this service allows you to send an email to a prisoner for
the cost of about 3 pages for a dollar. The inmate can write
back too but it is written and comes through the mail looking
like a fax copy of a letter the inmate has hand written.
