which would make it a home invasion. i think it's all picking nits and semantics since the top charge will be murder(s).
and the police using the word 'robbery' may just be for public speaking purposes.

There was no forcible entry relating to a home invasion; however it appeared as if someone had been searching through a part of the home, according to Det. Stooksbury.
