Well if your going for the death penalty, if someone is murdered in the commission of a felony (robbery, home invasion, burglary...whatever), isn't that like an immediate death penalty case? So maybe that's the motive behind LE using felony terms? Very confusing!
any scenario, home invasion, burglary, armed robbery, would meet the criteria for murder in commission of a felony. depending on Ohio's statutes, that sure gives the DA legal cause to seek death. they probably will because of the freakish nature of the crimes. but i predict someone involved will roll over and plea out to take DP off their table. these are going to be young actors in this bitch. looking at forever behind bars. i am waiting for one or more to flee.
I did hear today that T takes pride in being number one suspect!
