Johnathan Jackson was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter.

Police say he shot and killed Donald Corrigan, 20, outside the Arlington Arms Apartment complex in South Toledo around 2:00 a.m. Wednesday. The men were attending a party inside the complex when a fight broke out and spilled out into the street, according to authorities.
Corrigan apparently walked half a block before collapsing. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Jackson has been charged with one count of Murder. Police have not said if the suspect had a motive in the crime.

A 20-year-old man who got into a fight and pulled out a gun at a party in South Toledo wound up with a bullet through his chest early Wednesday.
Donald Corrigan of Toledo was pronounced dead at 2:20 a.m., shortly after he was shot outside an apartment building at 2010 Arlington Ave. No one has been arrested in the death.
Police said Corrigan and two others had crashed a party at an Arlington Avenue apartment and gotten into a fight with at least one other person. As they were leaving, Corrigan waved a gun in the air. Police said someone else had a gun, and the two exchanged gunfire.
