No, haven't heard this & frankly I think it's retarded. If my dialing fingers worked well enough to dial my mom, I think 1st thing on the agenda would be to poke a hole in the bag on my face. 2nd would be to call LE, not my mom. I think this person didn't know what they were talking about at all. JMO
