I believe she was not there at the time it started but was definetly there after helping come up with alibi for her younger boyfriend, MR Z and his friend, IMO...they were definetly there for drugs and quickly because they are so addicted to the drugs. This is why Tiff is no longer talking to the younger dude, MR Z.
