A couple things, black duct tape is more common then most of you think, it can be found at any local hardware store. Electrical tape would not be strong enough to secure a bag over someones or tie their hands and feet up. Another thought, what if TW/AG and their accomplices were the only people over for the "pool party" the night before. They then come back the next night and commit the crime, DNA and fingerprints are explained by them being at the house the night before. under these circumstances if the suspects do not roll over on each other LE does not have a leg to stand on, just a thought.
