"Clarke was arrested, along with Daniel St. Clair and Quintwez Sanders, in 2007 for robbing two men at gunpoint in two separate incidents in Toledo when Clarke was 18."
If you read through the records of the arrest it lists two people that Clarke, St. Clair and Sanders all owe restitution. I am assuming these are the two people they robbed. Not sure if I'm "allowed" to post their names here, so LC please edit if necessary.
Defendant to pay
restitution in the amount of $500.00 to Phillip Soto;
$320.00 to Mark Swan; and $1,254.15 to the City of Toledo.
