I'm with you. My opinion on the case hasn't changed over the supposed clarification of a phone call. The bottom line for me is that the perps had to know who was in the house that night. Who was expected, and so on. Someone felt comfortable taking their time. I'll allow others to stew on that a bit while considering portions of the Q and A.
Revenge killing by a former friend of JC? Cuban Mafia? Nah. I'm sticking with a "robbery gone bad". That doesn't mean I think we're going to find evidence to convict on a discussion board, however.
Regarding recent sympathy for TW, I think some may confuse a genuine affection for the deceased, and potential remorse with innocence. That said, if innocence applies I'll be the first to offer an apology. That, and a suggestion that a change in friendships and lifestyle may be warranted.
I'm still willing to give anyone the benefit of the doubt, however. But, I don't think the facts of the case (as I understand them) have changed drastically based upon anything said of late.
