I have spoke with M manys times and she NEVER said the cell phone was laying on his chest! Is this a positive statemant? Just curious! First Ive heard of this!

TotallyCurious....can you post a link to this tv or written article because the only person I heard say this was MAYTEE (unidentified female on 911 transcript) and if that is the ONLY place its said, we can't really use that as fact in any theory we have.

Newly released search warrants indicate the home was ransacked. Several items, including DVDs and cell phone parts, were found strewn about the home. Investigators also found several items inside the kitchen area, including pieces of white baggies, a Ziploc bag, a digital scale and two knives.

Now, if LE are telling us that cell phone parts are strewn about, key is UNDER lisa's body, pink pants under her neck, etc...they would certainly say that cell phones were found on their chests!

I do not think the cell phone on the bodies is true, its just another red herring thrown out there to muddy the waters...

I will eat crow by the ton if there is an article saying that Lisa's uncle confirmed this..but i cannot find it..

It WAS Maytee who said phones on the bodies and I chalk it up to her (understandable) hysteria.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: My son is in the basement, tied up with a towel (ph). I just saw him through the window. The police were (EXPLETIVE DELETED) earlier and did absolutely nothing!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Both cell phones are on the ground, and we can see the people. Him and his girlfriend are tied up in the basement!

911 OPERATOR: Cell phones on their bodies?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: With cell phones on their bodies!

911 OPERATOR: She`s unclothed with (INAUDIBLE) pants on.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She only has pants on! And their hands are tied!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Four cop cars were already out at this residence. They`re not there, and her car is in the driveway. I want to know where my son`s at.

911 OPERATOR: OK.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I want to know where my son and his girlfriend are at. I want to know if they got abducted by whoever tried to assault them and rob them. And it`s pretty funny that this girl named Tiffany, which is there right now by the residence, waits two hours to call somebody to report this.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK, where is my son and his girlfriend, and her car is in the driveway?
