I keep imagining the scene and it seems very likely to me that Lisa was going to be changing into the pink intraband pants (or whatever they were) when she was caught off guard.
That may explain why they were on or near her body at the time of the attack.
I know they were around her neck....but it seems to me she was going to be changing into them when this all went down.
