That may explain why they were on or near her body at the time of the attack.
I know they were around her neck....but it seems to me she was going to be changing into them when this all went down.
the news article I read, didn't state the pink/black pants were around her neck, only that they were under her head. I also agree, when she was attacked, she was probably getting ready to change clothes, & put the pink/black pants on.
