I have heard of people say shoot a game of pool when asking a dealer for an eightball of cocaine

I'm sure that pool is code for drugs, and wish to hell I could remember where I read it! Does it only mean cocaine though? Could it also mean heroin?

If you look earlier on in the posts, the key word is swimming and swim suit,
pool and water all have drug meanings. I can not recall them all. But it
was in reference to someone who had said, "I was swimming with J yesterday"
