I have just read through about 30 pages of this so forgive me if I am not clear on what I have read.
I am confused on the car in driveway vs. garage. It has been suggested that TW saw the car in the driveway and Maytee confirmed that? Ok, so if the car was in the driveway all along then why would TW think that JC and LS had gone to her house? Didn't she say that she drove by LS's house and then went back to her (TW) house to see if they went there?
And throwing my 2 cents into how the perps got into the house....maybe JC and LS parked wherever since it still isn't clear, and ran into the house long enough for LS to change (leaving the garage door up) and when they were walking back out (while on the phone with TW) they were ambushed and forced back into the house.
I grew up in this neighborhood. It is common to see garage doors open all the time which leads me to believe that they left it open because they were just stopping there for a few minutes.
