you do have PMs Zero. but all of you memebrs have to enable those settings in your profile. i've done some, but it gets tiresome, use your user CP. (control panel)
i make people members as i see they will stay around and contribute.
the warning thing you see in your post profile...EVERYONE HAS ONE NOT JUST YOU. even though you can't see others'. only Duchess and i and Mock elders can issue a warning. that's why you don't see others'.

you CAN use names of everyone involved in case except minors. the initials are making me batshit.
involved does not mean someones best friend's girlfriend's uncle's mailman however! peripheral characters not named in media or by police.
