THE FOLLOWING IS MY OPINION
Maytee's reaction to getting a phone call saying her son won't answer his phone shows that she had reason to believe her son was not safe. I don't want to hear the "but she has psychic powers" bs. That's bs. She knew that she herself and/or her son are involved in dealing. Anyone involved knows that if you want to get killed, you mess with someone's money. Drug dealing is all about money, not making friends. She knows that he was either messing with someone's money or that he was being threatened.
Those of you who have said that this was someone who wanted to make a statement that "this is what happens when you fuck with my money" are correct.
