don't know if you're able to receive PM's, but he's a minor, under the age of 18. He's a person, within this case of characters. He's not a suspect or anything, though, as of now. He's a friend of some of the friends' of Johnny & Lisa. That's about it.

To me Tiff is not a suspect. Can she help the investigation? Hell yeah! Same with Z the minor. Same with the BA the minor. Same with Vic Dominguez who, imo, has more cred than BA (who is not a minor). She is just the girlfriend of Johnny's neighborhood friend. And, imo, knows Johnny and Lisa by default.

But they also have the power to hurt the investigation, which is what is probably happening. Most gangsters prefer to take matters into their own hands. Justice is much sweeter then. The law is not respected. So, anyone hear about any happenings of a retaliatory nature? Maybe in time? If not, then either theire is no gang affliation to these murders, or everybody is cool with it, or afraid for their ownsevles. And just letting time pass.
