so they will have DNA samples of EVERYONE who was in that house for party and on night of killing. now they will pore over their facts and evidence and get warrants for DNA samples of perhaps all parties.

All these people they just picked up in a drug raid. Do they routinely take DNA samples of arrestees now, or just photos and fingerprints?
