As in, lots of materials and evidence left behind. If they strangled Lisa with the pink and black pants, why not take them with you and burn them? Seems they would've left behind way less evidence if they could've.
Also, the fact that valuables were left behind might suggest that the crime was interrupted or cut short.
I have read in a few places now (including the search warrant article) that the pants were found UNDER her neck/head. Not around.
This is why I think the pants were just something Lisa was changing into when the attack happened. I think the ligature marks around the neck that were found was from the tape being tightly bound around her neck, and her maybe struggling to get free/thrashing, etc. :( Dear God I hope they had the comfort of loved ones/angels by their sides and minds when they went.
