Good theories, zero, and possible for sure. I do think the perps were using Johnny's phone, and one of the reasons I think that is because Tiffany seemed to be covering all bases when she spoke to 911, by saying she'd spoken to Johnny and to Lisa. I think she got her story confused due to Maytee accusing her of setting them up, and that's why she said she'd spoken to both.
