I agree with that & have thought that all along. When one knows their life is at stake one does not go quietly, I don't care what popular opinion is regarding that. I'm fighting to the death & your going to know I gave it my best shot.
Depends if they got ahold of Lisa and used her, Johnny might have just thought they were just going to rob them for drugs and money and be gone and Johnny couldn't report being robbed, let's face it, so he may have back off if somebody had a kitchen knife to Lisa's neck... and told him be cool we just here to take the drugs and find that safe and then were gone, were not here to hurt anybody...so it's funny what people will do, I have seen it a thousand times....and people says how the hell did that little scumbag overcome that big guy and his wife or his friend... it's possible...JMO
