I was more referencing the fact that she isnt just a *said* liar, or *accused* liar. No rumor in being convicted of lying.
Cant argue that. Shes a known liar...its public record.
Well, I note from the public record that in 2006, Tiffany was in the care of NorthCoast Behavioral Healthcare. I believe this was the result of criminal activity.
