She is.

Hecate Kali::
The symbol of the Dark Goddess is the new moon. She is the Crone, the Great Queen, the Supreme War Goddess. She is both fate and death, the cradle and the grave. She is also a warrior, a protector, a wise woman, and a healer. She represents old age, winter, the waning moon, and destruction. She is the grandmother aspect of the Triple Goddess and is known as the Morrigu (also Morgan, Morrigan, Morrighan) by the Celts. She is also called Scathatch Kali, Hecate, Lillith, and a multitude of names by many other cultures.

Her symbol is the raven or the crow. Along with Fea (Hateful), Badb (Fury), Nemain (Venomous& Frenzy) and Macha (Battle), she (Revenge) is said to drive men towards battle ecstasy ( madness) and aided the Berserkersof olde in battle. The Dark Goddess is the patroness of witches and priestesses. She rules revenge, the night, magick, and prophecy.

Some other reasons to invoke this Goddess might be for justice, protection, wisdom, to gain strength and for divinations. She is also helpful in banishing fear, illness, or bad habits. She protects children and is helpful for general balancing purposes.

So Mote It Be:: This depends on the particular Tradition or religious group. "So mote it be" is near equivocable expression to the Judeo-Christian "Amen", though "So Mote It Be" doesn't mean "Amen." The phrase used by some Wiccans means "As I will it, so it shall be." Wheras the phrase as used in Freemasonry has a seperate conotation meaning one of two things "The will of God shall be done..." or "whatever the answer to one's prayer truly is, may it be done through the will of God." Although these definitions are distinct, they have similarities. In Wiccan theology, one's true will, and one's spiritual desires are directed by the Divine. To the Freemason, entering into the will of God will direct one to their true calling. The similarity is that of union with the divine, and the permenance of the "will." This phrase is also used by some Christians, Kabbalists, and percievably many other religious and spiritual affiliations.

Elegua::
The exception is Elegua. He is the quintessential prophet of cause and effect. Elegua is at once nowhere and everywhere. He is the ultimate embodiment of choice. He knows every decision possible and every outcome possible born of each individual decision. Oftentimes, Elegua is depicted at a crossroads because in life we are always at a crossroads, whether or not we feel it. Some decisions are harder to make than others, in those times we may feel we literally have no direction, no sense of where to turn. This is the domain of Elegua. It is strange to equivocate Elegua with chance or luck when within in the realm of all-knowing, concepts such as chance or luck become obsolete. Yet, this is the very reason all good fortune and consequently all bad fortune is attributed to Elegua. For this reason, he is one of the first orichas to be received. He literally opens the doors in a person’s life and allows them to pass into good fortune— the fortune of their own life path.
