Well, I note from the public record that in 2006, Tiffany was in the care of NorthCoast Behavioral Healthcare. I believe this was the result of criminal activity.

Anyone here in a position to know or followup on determining what led to that confinement, and how long she was there?
Without knowing more, it's more than likely it was a diversion program ordered by the court. Kind of like court ordered rehab, or drug counseling. Wouldn't surprise me at all.
