I'm thinking DNA can't take that long, especially if the FBI is putting their own "rush" on it, but even with DNA evidence, the prosecution needs a very, very strong case that leaves no chance of defense. For example, if Tiffany or the minor were there the night before than that could explain hair or clothing fibers, etc.
THE CASE MUST BE PROOF GUILT BEYOND THE SHADOW OF A DOUBT.
