My thinking regarding Tiffany is that she's a gang banger hoodrat, just like the circle of people she hangs with. She is a person of interest in the murders because she claims to have spoken to the victims just prior to their demise. She also puts herself at the scene right around the time of the murders. None of this makes her guilty of murder, of being an accomplice or of conspiracy. She may be completely innocent of any involvement and the law gives her that presumption.
