I can guess what 'in transit' means but in this instance it was
not disclosed to what location like others who were awaiting
another LE department jurisdiction to pick-up.
I apologize if I am using the phrases and department jargon
incorrectly.
I have been a dilligent little bitch with that Lucas County page. And the C guy doesn't even have a Fucking C in his name. Ya'll are loosing it. Getting niggas mixed up.
