I don't think that anyone on this forum has CONFIRMED that he/they were involved in a heroin drug bust. It has been the rumor locally since this case broke The best that I can do. In 2008, JCsr was arrested for possession. There was a bench warrant issued for fta. Then in 2010 JCsr got a ticket driving w/o a license. That case was consolidated with a bunch of earlier traffic citations and the drug charge from 2008. They were all dismissed. The court record states, off docket wrong defendant. And that was June 2010. So it looks like JCsr rap sheet is not as long as it appears. Atleast 6 of the entries were dismissed because they had the wrong man.
