So maybe (like somebody just said) the term "pro" is used to mean someone who is paid to do the crime.

Agree that the sarge took some liberties with the word "professional". It is however a pretty definitive statement on his part. Lends support to the theory that LE has this thing pretty much figured out and are just waiting on the details to close it out.
