I'm sure by now that we are all familiar with VD. Well his bro that was taken into custody back in Jan, it was for trafficking in Heroin. There were 3 defendants. The 1st to cop a plea got 5 years community control. Followed by VDs bro who got a mandatory 4 years in state prison. The other defendant hasn't been sentenced yet. So finally I found something on the record for heroin on the southside of Toledo. And really what I'm finding in the court records is 2 or 3 generations in a family handing down there criminal activities, again and again and again.
