Of course murders can and do happen anywhere this is just MO, and yours is just as credible.
without photo's I don't know if they were found sitting ,contorted from struggling with their bindings, or laying down laid out like they were sleeping.
each provides it's own set of thoughts concerning aspects of the crime.
none of them lead my mind to professionals.
