What does it mean - that he was picked in MN to be taken to Ohio? Why is this a federal offense? It was for aggravated burglary, right?
I'm not sure of MN's codes but I'm guessing that "Felony F HD O/Authority" just means he was picked up on a federal warrant for hold for "other authority" or something along those lines.
Could be interstate flight to avoid prosecution, probation/parole violation, etc.
