Again I agree with you, but the is no reason to get pessimistic. Info is out there and LE just needs to tease it from its hiding place. I think this double homicide is a small part of a bigger picture too.

Organized Crime..Similar to the success of 1920s Mobsters benefitting from prohibition, which did little to stem the flow of booze but made racketeers rich and powerful. As they had Sicillian roots in the 20's and a hierachy of soldiers and kingpins, the new "MOB" may have Colombian or Cuban/Mexican roots and we may be seeing the ediface of a major syndicate enboldened to commit heinous crimes with certainty and impunity. JMHO-
