With his shirt on it may be difficult to ascertain just how pumped up he is. In one of the pics of him without his shirt where he is flexing, he has biceps as large if not larger than I have ever seen on any guy in real life. I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of a punch from him and if he truly recognized the danger from the intruders early on, he would have fought viciously for his and Lisa's life.
