Pretty sure that when she said that she meant, why did you have to make them suffer. Not to get graphic but putting a bullet in someones head is alot faster than putting a bag over someones head & no one whose lost a love one wants to think of their loved one suffering. My dad was shot in the chest & my 1st question was how quick did he die.... did he suffer. That is a haunting thought. It makes the grieving soooo much worse. I know this 1st hand. Of course you can twist this into something nefarious if you want to, but I don't at all.
