Tiffany and her friend are attacking Maytee by repeatedly accusing her of being a "snitch."
Tiffany has actually called Maytee several times an "informant."
A "snitch" is someone who informs Law Enforcement of any knowledge they have of criminal activity by others.
Only criminals or those who consort with criminals consider this to be a bad thing.
The rest of us consider it to be our duty to inform Law Enforcement of criminal activity.
What we consider to be our civic duty, Tiffany and her friend consider to be repugnant activity.
Therefore, neither we nor Law Enforcement can believe Tiffany or her friend when they say that they have no knowledge of who the killers of Johnny and Lisa may be.
Tiffany and/or her friend, by their own use of the terms "snitch" and informant as an insult, may know exactly who the murderers are, or they they may be able to identify persons who do know. But they need to lie and say they know nothing, in order to avoid the label of "snitch."
My recollection is that Tiffany came on Mock and said that she had no knowledge before, during or after of the robbery and the murders.
By what form of convoluted reasoning can any of us, or law enforcement, rely upon that assurance as being truthful, when she and her friend use the terms "snitch" and informant as a pejorative?
