i'll let you all know when i receive the subpoena.
First, I will have to say the ONLY reason any attorney would take a case from this women is for the publicity. Second, internet, text messages, emails, etc. are VERY hard to submit as "evidence”. All of the above can be changed very easily to say something differently then what was originally typed, which makes it HARD to tie down as a FACT! Evidence is FACTS based on the case at hand.
(This is NJ LAW)AND COUNSEL SHOULD TELL HER IMMEDIATELY THAT THE 5TH AMENDMENT WOULD ALLOW US FREE SPEECH.
I WOULD LOVE TO know how she is able to make threats to children and families, BUT WE make no threats and speak openly and honestly about the case….and we are the ones in the wrong??
