I just can not believe that Johnny and Lisa (if drugs were involved)
would keep them in her parent's bedroom. So to me, drugs is
ruled out. Twenty year olds would find much more interesting places
to hide drugs than a parent's bedroom.

I agree with robbery.

Somebody theorized that the panic button for the alarm might be in the parents' bedroom and Lisa could have run in there and they came after her. Remember there were scales and baggies found in the kitchen and removed by LE, which usually says drugs, and the vents were removed, which shows they were searching for something, most likely drugs or drug money.
