The wanabees are the guys sporting baby blue. I think they call themselves choloz. Not sure though. That would be the same color as the bracelets made in rembrance of Johnny and Lisa. If they are reading, I hope they realize that being a wanabe is a good thing. Means that they will most likely grow out of it, god willing.
I just want to add, not that I think it's really relevant, that I'm pretty sure the Choloz are the older gang & the Locz are the newer of the two. I have a friend of 20+ years who is a Cholo, they're definatly not wannabe's. Then again, I don't think either of the 2 gangs are wannabe's. I think what you see are the younger generation, looking like wannabe's trying to prove themselves to the older "OG" gangbanger generation. I agree though that it doesn't appear to me the Johnny was in a gang but I'm sure he was friendly with people who were in one. As I said, I have a friend who's a Cholo & that's not the crowd I run with so it's not far fetched to think that Johnny had close ties to gangbangers in probably many different gangs. IMO
