The other Justice page came down at the same time. And they are not private. Just gone.
If those pages definitely violated Facebook's TOS (Terms of Service).
they could have been yanked by FB. I don't know if people can complain
about (Flag) Facebook pages or not. If the owner of the page disabled it,
they might be able to 'enable' it at any time. I guess we will never
know whether they were voluntarily or involuntarily removed. I am
sure LE could request Facebook to disable them. I did not see the
pages. Were there really offensive things on there that could violate
some Facebook policy?
