Wow, Fresh Bait - those are damn near my exact thoughts. Bravo for expressing them much more eloquently than I could have.
So many people on here are so quick to analyze every comment Maytee makes. Her son did not die in a tragic accident or from some dreadful disease - he was fucking BRUTALLY MURDERED, most likely by someone he thought was a friend. Who the hell are ANY of us to judge how she grieves? I did not read any of that as her "blaming" the Straubs, i read it more as the "what if"s and "if only"s most people would have.
As to some of her vicious comments towards Mockers, I think it was cruel and unneccesary, but if you oddly chose to grieve on a public FB page and then hundreds of complete random strangers picked apart every word you said and made outrageous unfounded accusation against your family in your time of grief- Would you lash out? Pretty freakin' sure I would.
