You're absolutely right, you don't...but don't ever expect to be given that yourself & you sure as hell better not cry when you don't get it.
I would certainly expect it in a court of law, and if I was being fingered online for something I didn't do, I'd damn well be there to give my side.
I have ZERO faith in the justice system or juries. The system is corrupt and too many people are stupid. Anyone who goes to trial in this case (if that ever happens) will "look guilty" just because of their sleazebag lives. Prosecutors and juries love hanging somebody and they do it to innocent people all the time.
