Snoopy, thanks for the post. It will help shed some light on the tedious amount of work that goes into these cases. There is no room for error in these cases. No one wants to see anyone walking on the streets due to a technicality. I agree with thinking that LE knows who did this and are putting all the evidence together. As soon as there is an arrest it goes to the Grand Jury to indite( spelling, its early ) them. Nothing would be worse than having to tell the families they arrested them but then messed up the case.
