My one cent on the availability of Rx drugs...I live in Pillbilly Capital-Florida. If you sneeze wrong or have a fart crossed and an MRI to prove it you can get a doc to write Rx's for ANY hard narcotic you want...for the right price. People who deal drugs have the funds to cover these visits and pay for the pills. Oxycodone here used to be 120 30mg pills for less than $100. Now they are $4 to $6 a pill. You tell me who can pay for that? Regular working folks? No way. Only people doing wrong can afford this. That is another problem for another forum but most other states have many physicians who will write narcs for not much reason. I'm sure JC was able to obtain a script for percs easy could be his Mom making an excuse as to why they were in his system. No doubt this will be something brought up if this ever gets to court. I have a feeling drugs will be a continuing subject in this case now and then.
