It would have been much simpler and way more efficient to just take the phones with them if all they wanted was to eliminate the call logs.
The killers never thought about call logs, they disabled the phones so no one could call for help, or because they got pissed when the phone kept ringing.
Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.
