I believe that I read that there were 3 that were arrested for that robbery. Johnny was one of the 3. Johnny & one of the individuals recieved a lesser sentence while the 3rd is still in jail because it was that 3rd person who had the gun. Neither the other person or Johnny had a gun. I don't know the details apart from that but I believe that if you are with someone who commits a robbery, even if you didn't plan it or directly take part in it, you can be charged just for being there or for not calling LE to "snitch" about what you know after the fact.
