ANY felony committed with a firearm in the state of Ohio requires a MANDATORY 3 year sentence for a gun specification. This 3 years is over and above the sentence for the felony charge, robbery in this case. My guess would be, that's why Johnny and the other guy recieved a lesser sentence....they didn't have the gun. IMO Johnny's shorter sentence had NOTHING to do with snitching.
