That heart picture with the "m" on it, I swear thats not drawn into the dirt, I swear thats beer imo, it looks like luquid and i see beer in the picture quite a bit..... Not a big deal just odd for a mom to do..imo

In the Hispanic culture, it is not odd. When they go to the gravesite for anniversaries, bday etc, they will drink a toast with the deceased. Pouring some on the grave is sharing it. It a way of honoring their loved one.
I guess if youre not around the culture, you would think it odd. They also will have a "party" if you want to call it that, after the family dinner is done after the funeral with lots of toasts interrupting stories and antectdotes about the deceased. This is how they celebrate the life of their loved ones.
