Whoever was at the party the hours before this crime happened had something to do with it IMO. It was a inside job done by someone that was at the party, or people that were at the party set this up IMO. The people at the party or get-together the night or nights prior to the crime knew about everything one needs to know to commit such a crime. Layout of interior, escape routes, schedules of LS/JC ;possibly came up in a conversation, vantage points of entry/exit. The phone calls at the right time, possibly burner phones used for the perps with the set-up man, timing with schedules of LS/JC and perfectly timed phone calls is too ironic for anything else to play a role in this crime, IMO. Either one of two things happened in this double homicide IMO, JC/LS walked into a robbery/ burglary in progress. Which explains the hey what are you doing, what do you want, that JC said last, but that could be a deterrent used to throw detectives off. Second theory ,someone was waiting/stalking these two kids. I'm thinking that the perps were waiting for these two to get back to the Straub's home, since the perps knew the schedules of LS/JC .
