My grandmother would say "always take the high road"...that would be to disengage. Saying such things in response to a woman going through her grief from such a tragedy beyond a mom's worst nightmare that she gets a total pass - even for being somewhat whacky - please put yourself in her shoes for a moment...I would be in a total flip out wishing for whacky...responding back to her is like shooting fish in a barrell...and there have been some mean things said about her and her family if we were all to be totally honest.

I think I am almost as annoyed with you as I am with Maytee! I just want to fucking shake you!! You are as blind and as in denial as she is! This is no longer about a mother's grief. This is about a woman who is dispaying delusional behavior and is quite possibly a danger to her children and herself. And what is the statute of limitations on her grief? How long do you give her a "pass" to act in this manner? So is JSmom a grieving parent in your book? It would be ok then for her to act in such a manner and get a pass? I lost a family member to murder so I can act however I want? Most everyone on this site has grieved over a loved one at some time, so they are allowed to act this way? So you have no argument. We all are grieving...so we are excused from acting in the manner that you believe to be innappropriate.
